I, [REDACTED] S/o [REDACTED], Muslim, Adult R/o Villa [REDACTED], Road [REDACTED], Bahria Town [REDACTED], Karachi, do hereby state as under:-

That on dated: [DATE REDACTED], I married with you, [REDACTED], daughter of [REDACTED] (late), Muslim, adult, presently residing at Apartment [REDACTED], Golden Gate Residency [REDACTED], Block-A, North Nazimabad [REDACTED], Karachi. The Nikkah was performed on the same day against the dower amount of Rs. [AMOUNT REDACTED]/- which was already paid to you. Further that you did not bring any dowry article along with you at the time of marriage.

That the marriage was fully consummated. From the said wedlock one child namely Ali was born on dated [DATE REDACTED] who has been residing with you since [DATE REDACTED], when you left my house till date.

That after leaving my house you moved to an unknown location with the minor and your whereabouts were unknown. When your brother contacted me, it was found that your family was also unaware of your whereabouts.

That I filed a family suit bearing number: 1615 of 2023 for the suit for the restitution of conjugal rights and application under section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act 1890 against you.

That while leaving my house you already took along all of the gold ornaments with you, estimated to be worth [AMOUNT REDACTED] tola (reference to the Family Suit No. [REDACTED]/2024 – annexure C)

That I had been paying you the amount of maintenance as per the vide order dated: [DATE REDACTED] of the Honourable court. Further that it has been mentally agonizing for me that being the real and biological father of the minor I am being deprived off from the right to meet with the minor.

That I made several attempts of reconciliation as well as attempts for reconciliation through court. However, all the attempts for reconciliation failed due to your rigid and uncooperative behaviour. Further that the last reconciliation attempt could not proceed due to your deceitful tactics and was met with a hand written note of your unreasonable demands.
