FAMILY APPEAL UNDER SECTION 14 OF WEST PAKISTAN FAMILY COURT ACT 1964

Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the impugned Judgment and decree dated 03.08.2023 passed by the learned Civil/Family Judge Karachi South in Family Suit No.451 /2022, decreeing thereby the suit of the respondent for Maintenance, the appellant prefer this appeal inter alia on the consideration of following facts and grounds.

FACTS

That the respondent and appellant entered into a bond of marriage on dated: _______________ according to Muslim rites and Shariat. The dower amount was fixed at Rs. Thirty thousand only/- which has already been paid by the appellant to the respondent.

That one issue was born on dated: [DATE REDACTED] out of this wedlock i.e.

That during the matrimonial life the appellant always provided love and affection to the respondent, as well as provided all the necessities of life as per sources, to the minor as well namely [REDACTED].

That after the marriage appellant was forced to live with the respondent at her parents’ house by the respondent and her parents as the respondent had been working in the South City Hospital [REDACTED]

That the appellant was working as a Trainee Pilot in Vision Air International [REDACTED]
