SALE AGREEMENT

This Agreement to Sale is made and entered at Karachi on this the 11th day of September 2023.

[SELLER 2 NAME] S/o Murad Ali, Muslim, Adult, holding cnic no.[CNIC REDACTED] presently residing at [ADDRESS REDACTED] 3. [SELLER 3 NAME] D/o Murad Ali, Muslim, Adult, holding cnic no.[CNIC REDACTED] presently residing at [ADDRESS REDACTED] 4. [SELLER 4 NAME] S/o Murad Ali, Muslim, Adult, holding cnic no. [CNIC REDACTED] presently residing at [ADDRESS REDACTED] (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).

The terms “Seller & Purchaser”, whenever and wherever used in this context, shall always mean and include their respective representatives, attorneys, successors in-interest, legal heirs, agents, assigns etc. etc.

WHEREAS, the Seller is owned and possess an immovable property /piece of land i.e. Flat bearing No.12, ad measuring 111.30 Sq. Yds., on 4th floor, in the building known as "[BUILDING NAME REDACTED]" constructed on Sub-Plot No. SB-51/III, of Plot no.SB-51, in Block-13/B, situated at [SCHEME REDACTED], namely [AREA REDACTED], Karachi (For brevity sake, hereinafter referred to as the "Said Property").

AND WHEREAS the Seller has agreed to sell and the Purchaser has agreed to purchase the said Plot bearing Flat No. 12, on 4th floor, in the building known as "[BUILDING NAME REDACTED]" constructed on Sub-Plot No. SB-51/III, of Plot no.SB-51, in Block-13/B, situated at [SCHEME REDACTED], namely [AREA REDACTED], Karachi, admeasuring 111.30 sq. yds. For a total sale consideration of Rs.1, 0000,000/-(RUPPEES ONE CRORE ONLY) free from all liens, claims, burdens charges, liabilities, mortgages and encumbrances of whatsoever nature.
