That I say that I am the deponent of this affidavit as such applicant no.2 in the above titled Rent Case and fully conversant with the facts of the case.

That I say that the applicant no.2 is the true legal heir and lawful co-sharer/co-owner of the subject property along with the applicant no.1 above named, left by their deceased father and mother.

That I say that both the applicant no.1 and applicant no.2 are the real brother and sister and the true legal heir/ co-owner and co sharer of the subject property left by their deceased father and mother.

That I say that the applicant no.1 above named kept the applicant no.2/ co-owner/co-sharer of the subject property in the dark and that the applicant no.1 kept collecting the rent by himself through Hon’ble court without sharing it with the applicant no.2 /legal heir/ co-owner of the subject property left by the deceased father and mother of the applicant no.2.

That I say that the subject property and all original documents of the subject property are lying in possession of the applicant no.1 above named.

That I say that the above named applicant no.1 misguided this Hon’ble Court and concealed real facts from this Hon’ble Court and approached this Hon’ble Court with unclean hands.
