It is respectfully submitted on behalf of the Applicant, named above, that the Hon’ble Court of XI JM (South) Karachi passed an order dated: _____________. As per which two sums of surety on behalf of two person(s) at the rate of Rs. 5 LAC i.e. each of which has been directed to furnish the surety at the rate of Rs.2.5 lac.

It is further submitted that the applicant/ mother in law of the accused person made several attempts and tried her level best. However, despite her best efforts the applicant/mother in law of the accused had not been able to arrange the same.

Hence, it is humbly prayed from this Honourable Court that this honourable court may kindly be pleased to consider/ treat one person as the surety at the rate of same amount of surety.
