The plaintiff above named most respectfully begs to submit as under: -

1.That the above named plaintiff is law abiding respectable / honest citizen of Pakistan and belongs to Nobel profession and is also a Senior Advocate of the High Court of Sindh.

2.That above named defendants have established [SCHOOL NAME REDACTED] with advertisements in various area for fresh/ new admissions in the year 2007 with hand some attractions / packages for ostentations-ness for innocent people.

3.That above said plaintiff in the month of Aug. 2007 admitted his 3 (three) children Namely (1). [CHILD 1 NAME], (2). [CHILD 2 NAME], (3). [CHILD 3 NAME] in School, which at that time was being run under the name and style of up [SCHOOL NAME REDACTED] as well as in mono gram of School had been clearly mentioned same.

4.That as per advertisements and some promise of the defendant No. 1 to 3 with the plaintiff that if one child gets admission then second child's concession will be 50% and if third child gets admission, the concession will be 75%.

5.That being impressed by defendants advertisements and promises, the plaintiff came to school got his three children's admission and aid huge amount for better education, a [SCHOOL NAME REDA
